Thoughts on my upcoming SDROL cycle please lads?
Starting a 3-week GE Sdrol cycle sometime next week. I'll be running it at 10 for the first couple of days, then to 20 for the rest of W1 and W2, before going to 30 for W3.
I've started a carb/protein rich diet for pre-week 1, and I'm also taking Genetic Edge Cycle Insurance for pre-week 1, and I will continue this through the 3-week cycle and into PCT. I also anticipate taking Taurine from this weekend at 3g, upping to 5g if required.
I aim to eat clean, somewhere at 4000 cal per day and with between 350/400 g protein sourced from morning shake and post-workout shake. The rest will come from oily fish (mackeral - I fish a lot) and chicken/turkey via wake up shake, breakfast, mid-morning, lunch, mid-PM, workout shake, dinner, bedtime. Carbs will be good, predominantly pasta/rice with each meal. Greens and fruit supplemented with seeds/nuts throughout the day. A slow release protein shake/cottage cheese meal before bed. I don't want to enter into too much detail about diet, but here is an overview.
For PCT I'll be running Clomid for 3 weeks at Day 1: 150mg; Day 2-10: 100mg and Day 11-21: 50mg.
I also intend to take a Test booster, likely Activate Xtreme alongside PCT and also continue what I have left of the Cycle Insurance. I also have some Inhibit-E that I will probably utilise, too.
I'll be training a 4-day routine.
Monday - Chest/Biceps: Incline Bench Press: 1x20, Incline DB Press: 3x8, Incline DB Flyes: 2x10, Flat DB Flyes: 2x10, Flat DB Bench: 3x8, Barbell Curls: 1x12, 1x10, 1x8, 1x6, 1x4, Seated Incline DB Curls: 2x8, Single Arm DB Preacher Curls: 2x10
Tuesday: Llight legs (two knee/ankle injuries) and light cardio.
Thursday - Delts/Triceps: Military Press: 1x12, 3x8, Seated DB Press: 3x6, DB Lat Raise/Front Raise Supersets: 2x10, Skullcrushers: 1x12, 3x8, Rope Pressdowns: 3x8, Straight Bar Pulldowns: 2x12.
Friday: Back/Traps: Deadlifts (depending on lower back): 1x10, 1x8, 3x6, Barbbell Row: 1x10, 1x8, 1x6, Low Cable Row: 2x8, Wide Grip Pulldowns: 2x10, DB Shrugs: 1x12, 1x10, 3x8.
Satuday & Sunday - Rest/or some machine work one day.
I've done one epi cycle before and it went well. I made around 8-9 pounds of lean gain to 185 pounds with BF under 10%. I've only trained sporadically last two months having been abroad. My goals are to to get where I was on the epi with a little bit more too. I'm hoping for dry gain and will eat clean over this cycle to minimise fat retention.
