Yeah there's a bench and weights. Probs about 200 in free weights. Mixture of bars, Heavy bag, rower, treadmill, bike and loads of places for pull ups and dips. Squats and dead lifts are hard due to space. The only two areas big enough one had a bench in the middle the other has a treadmill. Meals are ok to fed every six hours lots of carbs properly not the best for cutting up like. Roids are out of the question like but u can't have everything can u...
