Tight on stowage

As iv said in other threads am going to sea on a submarine for 3ish months. Space/stowage is tight. Last time I went I took myprotein sacks and a sack of creatine and some no2 tabs which was ok, but towards end of trip I had to regulate my protein so I did t run out.

This trip I wanted to take an all in one for space. Either usn muscle fuel or reflex one extreme... But since there like 150g shakes twice a day I wud need to take alot more.. Any ideas?

If not i think I will just order the myprotein impact protein 5kg bags easy to stow and a sack of creatine.

With regards to OSX, the recommended dose is twice per day but if you diet/activity level doesnt require that amount of Kcals, just take one a day or the amount you require.

The recommended dosages are very ungeneralised and its always best to work out what macro's you need.

Yeah there's a bench and weights. Probs about 200 in free weights. Mixture of bars, Heavy bag, rower, treadmill, bike and loads of places for pull ups and dips. Squats and dead lifts are hard due to space. The only two areas big enough one had a bench in the middle the other has a treadmill. Meals are ok to fed every six hours lots of carbs properly not the best for cutting up like. Roids are out of the question like but u can't have everything can u...

just use whey protein alone imo. whats overall diet like on a submarine? maybe bring some oats for low gi carbs to boost overall calories if thats necessary

IF carbs are easy I can't see why you would need anything other than a whey to put in your shaker!
