Time for a proper diet

Ok started at the gym again around a month ago, started back at muay thai but got so hooked on training i've put that to one side for the time being, basically due to my hours in work, i've been going to the gym around 6:30-8:00am which isn't an idela time i imagine but for the time being thats the best time for me. I've been 3 days on and one off, basically 30 mins cardio, x trainer etc, and then 45 mins weights, legs and abs, upper body and back, arms etc. (alternating days etc)

basic diet isn't the best but here's what ive come up with.

5:30am porridge in milk with honey/ bananas or jam

6:30am - 8:00am gym

8:30am hurricane & 2 pieces granary bread

at this point im sat in the office so i'm gonna have to prepare in advance and take in tupperware.

10:00am apple and banana

12:00pm tuna and mixed bean salad/ chicken breast with panchetta, potatoes and garden veg/ etc

3:00pm fruit and tin of tuna

5:30pm evening meal 2 chicken breasts and brown rice mixed with peas and onion

9:00pm tin of tuna and 2nd hurricane

nothing much after that due to early night for the gym the next day!

i also take 1 centrum and 1 cod liver oil per day.

Fell free to slay and advise as appropriate, hoping to bulk a little and build more lean muscle while losing some excess stomach fat. im 6ft and 78kg (12st 5lbs roughly)
