Happy new year too mate.

Gym setup looks nice! You have a little window to scream out of too mid squat to shake up the neighbours. Nice!

Very nice mate. Personally I like my rows stricter though. Especially pendlays. By raising your back you are starting the movement with lower back, then using the momentum to pull it up. To keep it honest you need to lock in the spine and lift slowly using back muscles only, ie. none of this jerk movement.

Do it this way you won't be moving as much weight but it will be twice as effective.

Ox  - Not too sure on max atm, my best has been 295lbs though. In labs because I was with Americans.

JayBoy - Thanks, things falling in place.

Brett  - I think that is a very valid point so will lower the weight. Thanks for the tip and diagram.

Some strong work going on in here, no wonder they say the British Army is the best in the world lol.

Agree with Brett on the Pendlays though, although strong that back is still moving too much even on the lighter set. Think you need to drop the weight a bit more.

On the pendlays try to keep your neck/head in the same point in space. Only the arms should be moving.

Squats also Try to keep the shoulder moving up at a even rate. You are going nice and low, then raising the arse up, and then raising the shoulders up. Try to imagine a smooth scissor lift.

Otherwise going well mate
