Time off before next cycle...

The general consensus is cycle length + pct = time off before starting next cycle. Does this apply to light orals such as var and tbol or can the time off be reduced somewhat?

time on + pct = time off is just a general time frame of when most folks should be about normal again... it's not an exact science and some take longers than others... as said above the only sure fire way to know is to get your bloods done!!

weighted dips 67 kgs 3 solid reps
    deadlift 220kgs 1
    shoulder shrug 320kgs 3
    leg press 593kgs 3-4

I recover very quick on a var cycle so my hunch is that i should be ready to go fairly quickly. As mentioned I think light oral cycles like var will enable you to move onto your next cycle inless time than say a cycle of Test.
