As for traps I didnt have them before the cycle (I know what you're referring to I saw in an earlier post traps growing when 'on').
Dont think it was just that though. Ive only just started deadlifting (beginning of the cycle) and they just blew up.
Incidentally does anyone know why the pic is that big?? Or how to reduce it?
