Re:Time to cut
ATM, I pretty much just do eat anything. Very rarely go for fast food/ fried food.
I'm not training atm as I just got back from holiday and I hurt my shoulder as well.
Mornings, I usually have weetabix with some fruit.
Lunch, I will usually have potato with tuna and sweetcorn and a packet of crisps of something.
Dinner, rice, steamed fish, some meat and some veg
After all that, I might have some fruit or some ice cream.
That's it for now.
If that sounds pretty bad, I've only been doing it recently :P
