Time to cut

Time to cut

Finished S-Drol a few weeks ago and its time to cut.  
Stats are:
Weight 74kg
Height 5'4
Chest 38
Waist 32
Am looking to lose 2-3 kg in the next 4-5 weeks whilst keeping the muscle that I gained whilst on S-Drol.
Any tips on routine, etc?  As I have never cut before after gaining muscle and want to keep as much as possible.
Any help/ advice would be appreciated.

    What's your current diet?

    ATM, I pretty much just do eat anything.  Very rarely go for fast food/ fried food.
    I'm not training atm as I just got back from holiday and I hurt my shoulder as well.
    Mornings, I usually have weetabix with some fruit.
    Lunch, I will usually have potato with tuna and sweetcorn and a packet of crisps of something.
    Dinner, rice, steamed fish, some meat and some veg
    After all that, I might have some fruit or some ice cream.
    That's it for now.
    If that sounds pretty bad, I've only been doing it recently :P

    If you want to build muscle mass it's not a good diet.
    If you want to lose body fat drop the sugar in this diet. Fruit, Crisps, Ice Cream and even Weetabix is full of sugar.
    Try and have six smaller meals 2-3 hours apart depending when you get up and go to bed but space them out.
    Your aim is high protein low fat or some good fats.
    Do some research have got time to go into the basis this morning
