Timetable lifestyle anyone ?

I feel that my life is so busy and random and I so want to get big that to obtain this and keep my mothers home in check (as we have recently lost my dad) that I will have to have a timetable to keep on top of everything !!!

Does anyone else feel like this ?

well eating it self has to be kind of timetabled, so everything else kind of fits into place. certain time for exercise, work and leisure

I can't bear planning for anything but when needs must I suppose... try and keep a bit of flexibility in it though as anything too rigid is going to be a 'mare to keep consistant with

Yes and more so when I was doing the lot (training, eating, working, coaching and writing). Now there are somethings done to a timetable and the rest less so. One advantage of working for ones self. Eating is and so is, to a lesser degree, training. We also have dispatch days and timescales on those days but other than that my time is my own.

Erm - I am notorious for my lists, routines, and life structure - when I dont have them I go barking mad and nothing gets done.

Drives the more more freestyle MrsBL barking mad at times

So to answer you question - yes, i find structure essential.
and BTW sincere condolences on the loss of your Dad.

Thanks Big Les. It was quite quick (cancer) and a big shock to the whole family. Life without him is very hard.

However I need a routine (life routine that is...Frankies NY is doing ok for now lol) so tomorrow after work I am going to draw a timetable up and see just what I have spare and what I dont.

PS 5 days without cigarettes tomorrow!
YEE HA. i fact I think this deserves a post of its own !
