Tinned Mackeral

Ive just bought some tinned mackerel in tomato sauce, however i dont like the idea of eating it cold out of the tin, what else could i do with it? Whats the best way to eat and cook it?

    i hate the stuff in tomato sauce.

    if you want to do things with it, just buy it in brine.

    if don't want eat from tin, put in dish.

    if don't want eat cold, warm up (briefly in a microwave).

    it's already cooked.

    just tried some last night, it was nasty, wont be having any again, need to find another before bed snack, any ideas, pls no more fish lol or cottage cheese hate the stuff!

    What about a casein/whey/egg supplement? Such as:
    My Protein Bedtime Extreme Formula or i currently use USN Pure Protein.
