Tinned Toms and tuna

Hi guys I'm currently training to cut up a little. One meal I have been having is tinned toms and a tin of tuna on two slices of toasted wholemeal bread. Nothing added to it just that. Give it a 2 min nuke and its away. It very easy and high in protein. Is this a good choice or do you think it would contain to may carbs/sugar for cutting?

thanks

Without knowing the rest of your diet and how it would fit in at certain times, amounts, etc... its hard to say.

But overall, tomatoes are good for you, nice fibre, high in protein.
