    brine...id have water if i wasnt so tight but i buy the cheapest tuna i can find.

    Alot people recon Tuna in oil one of the worse one to have why full sunflour oil fat?

    Water is obviously the best...

    But i get either brine or water..whatever is the cheapest at that moment in time.

    Never oil.

    I drain a lot of the oil out but always in oil even on a cut. I cant abide it in water or brine, and I eat a tin a day.
