Tired after training

It seems like after a training session, all I want to do is lay around and nap. The problem is that I have a life, and I have to work. Any tips on how to stay energized after a hard workout?

Yeah my PWO consists of two shakes. the first one is whey protein+BCAAs. the second is gatorade, creatine, glutamine, and beta-alanine. I also take some of that stuff pre-workout. But a few hours after working out, even if I stick to good nutrition, I feel like sleeping or being lazy. Tyrosine seems to help a little, but caffeine seems to work the best. The problem is that I crash really hard after the caffeine wears off.

Now that I read this, I think I should have posted this in the Supplement forum.
