To Old To Get Back Into MMA

You think 24 is too old to get back into martial arts? I have done Karate, Taekwondo and wrestling (not WWE Style, tho i have done that too) wen i was younger.

Im 34 and have been more dedicated to sports training since i past 30.

Many guys dont realy get to thier mental 'peak' untill later in life.

I used to train with a fighter who fought for a world title (boxing) and he did not even put a glove on till he was 35

Matt Skelton is also a guy whos hit the highert ground and he did not start fighting till his 30,s

Yeah I think you are too old mate to reach the upper echelons of the sport. Me and AP, whilst at our local martial arts dojo, saw a guy called come in called "Aberdeen" Angus who was a alleged MMA fighter from back in the day and after a few years out of the game wanted to return.
He trained hard under the watchful eye of local MMA stalwart Cobain Ken for 12 weeks and was pitched in his first comeback fight which we attended, against a 12 stone Nigerian lad who KO'd him through a knee to the ankle, resulting in serious achilles damage.

Is that the same Skip Hall by any chance who dropped Bruno 'one punch' Wallace outside an L.A. nightclub via a punch to the pancreas?

I used to do MMA's years ago , I've been thinking about getting back into it recently and I'm 32 ! it's not about how old you are imo , it's more about desire , now I actually dont think I have the desire any more , when I was younger I always wanted to be the hardest man alive , now I just want to get my confidence back , which I'm not sure is enough

No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH  - drab4
