To a better, fitter & Stronger me.

Hello,
 
I think it would be a cool idea to get a journal started so I can track my progress.
 
My goals are quite simple, by the end of the year I hope to be stronger and fitter than I am now. I'm sitting around 190lbs, 25%bf 5'11 I'll try and get some picture up later today.
 
Previously my diet has been non existent and erratic, sometimes I eat nothing until the evening or rubbish during the day, so If i eat a little more regularly and cleaner and increase the quantity from there it should be an improvement.
 
I'm concentrating on the main lifts during my training; it should look something like this:
 
Monday:
Flat Bench Press 3x8
Squat 3x8
Bent over BB Row 3x8
 
Wednesday
Deadlift 3x8
Clean & Press 3x8
Close Grip Chin 3x8
 
Friday:
Flat Bench Press 3x8
Squat 3x8
Bent over BB Row 3x8
 
Each Morning I'm planning on getting up very early and doing a cross country walk with lots of inclines to help improve my fitness and lower my body fat.
 
I appreciate any kind of support you guys give me in this journal to keep my motivation up.

    Being a bit slow I went for a run yesterday and not doing the weights. The run was hard and lasted about 15 minutes although at least half of that was walking trying to catch my breath - the rain did make the run refreshing.

    So I did my training today and it went better than expected, I was lifting quite good appart from the deadlift lol.

    Deadlift 100kgs 3x8
    Clean and Press 55kgs 3x8
    Close Grip Chins 5,4,4
    Now I won't be able to train until next week as I'm off on holiday! Great timing
