To get under 10% bf

I've read on this forum nymerous tine that to get under 10%bf u have to start thinking outside of the box.

Why is this?

Why if y just continued to hit the gym hard and kept your diet with negative cals won't u contine to drop fat?

For example training wise i do:

Monday am - sscv / pm - weights
Tuesday am - sscv / pm - weights
Wednesday - am sscv / pm weight
Thursday - pm HIIT cardio
Friday - am sscv / pm weights
Saturday am sscv / pm weights
Sunday off

My diet includes mostly good clean choices and I have my carbs at breakfast and pre and post weights, all other meals are protein and fat based. I usually try and go for about 2,750ish cals a day

My stats are 5 foot 6" and weigh 73k, bf sround 10-12%

Would the above cutting routine and diet be considered as "thinking outside the box"?

The only thing you have to be careful about going sub 10% is catabolism will rear its ugly head especially without anabolics, thats why many choose to go CKDs and other fancy diets in effect to avoid muscle loss! otherwise your just end up as a smaller version of urself.

Honestly, i think you can get to sub 10% with a normal deficit diet with decent protein.
Just will take weeks to get there, as your calorie deficit will have to be reduced as fat supplys reduce.

Undoubtedly it's easier to get to (and hold onto lean tissue) with anabolic support.

For nattys it depends whether the condition is worth the almost certain loss of some tissue.

Anabolic support meaning simple ECA or something harsher like clen or a cycle of gear?

By anabolic i mean gear - ECA and whatnot will not really aid the 'holding onto' of lean tissue. AAS on the other hand will keep protein synthesis elevated enough to hold onto said tissue whilst lower calorie environments are in use.

    I may be wrong though.

The machine at the gym said I was 9% a couple of years ago, but looking back that can't be right.
