RE: Too Much Weight Gain??
On my last bulk the same happened, i was taking progress photos too, and in three weeks i had clearly put on a lot of fat, i'm now cutting for a month and some of it is coming off.
I think on my next bulk im gonna go much slowly, raise calories by 200 at a time, i'll bulk for 20 weeks and would be happy with 4lbs of muscle if there was little fat added.
btw, i think doing HIT cardio on off days is a bad idea during bulking, your not giving your body enough time to recover and therefore build muscle, a better idea would be to do low intensity twice a week and maybe one HIT at weekends (assuming work outs on mon, wed, fri)
