Too Much Whey?

I take 3 shakes like the one below with three meals of solid food. Am i consuming too much whey each day?

Half tub cottage cheese
3 sccops whey
Blueberries
Strawberries
50ml Semi skimmed milk
100g yogurt
100g oats
teaspoon olive oil

    stats - weight 187 lbs, height 5ft 10"
     
    Goal - bulk for a few months more then cut
     
     
    Other 3 meals are as follows
     
    Lunch
    200g tuna
    2 wholemeal rolls
    veg
    100ml natural yogurt
    EFA Cap
     
    Dinner
    2 whole eggs & 6 egg whites
    3 wholemeal bread
    Veg
    EFA Cap 
               
                 or
    2 tins mackerel
    100g basmati rice
    veg
    100ml yogurt
     
     
    Last thing at night 
    Tub quark
    Olive oil

    Try to up your solid foods to 4 or 5 meals 3 meals are not enough if you want to bulk, whey is generally used when you wake up and for post training.

    are you using AAS?

    you're getting 300+ grams of protein

    you dont need that much if you are training naturally at 187lbs

    200g is plenty

    his shakes contain cottage cheese, oats, fruit.. all solid foods, but then with whey added

    Im training naturally mate.
     
    Should i not be aiming for 1.5g protein per 1lb of bodyweight?
