Too many supplements???

Im cutting at the minute. Im 6"2, under 14 stone. A few months back i posted my diet and im happy with it. My question is : On weight training days(4) i take whey protein in the morning(9a.m) with breakfast, the osagi stack an hour before training(1p.m), hurricane straight after training(3p.m) and bedtime extreme(10.30p.m)

Am i taking too many supplements???

    No not really in my opinion.

    The bedtime extreme formula is a good one pre-bed.
    The hurricane is just a way of getting protein and carbs PWO.
    The osagi stack helps you during training.
    A lot of people use whey protein on a morning.

    Sounds fine to me!

    Just as long as you don't reply to heavily on your supps and still concerntrate on your food you'll be fine!

    Also on the other 3 days i dont do weights, i have 3 protein shakes. 1 after a.m cardio, 1 in the afternoon and 1 at night.

    Nah m8, I take 4 shakes a day, morning, Before workout, PWO and before bed. Don't see a promblem with it as long as ur getting good soild food aswel.
