Too much tuna?

What are peoples thoughts on daily tuna consumption. Im a student and my hours have gotten cut back, im not going to be able to eat as much meat, such as chicken and lean beef like I have been eating. Im thinking Tuna and Eggs will be some of the cheapest, quality sources. I dont mind eating Tuna at every meal if need be(not that ill only be eating tuna- but i may need to eat alot), but do you think thats too much mercury or sodium? I also dont mind eating dozens of eggs each day if need be. I appreciate any input.

You'll be fine with the tuna.. in water.

Can you get tinned mackarel or any other type of fish.. even if it's frozen?

Look for specials and keep the extra meat frozen until you need it.
