Too quick & How much gain?

Ok heres 2 really important questions, I just came back from the gym and these things were bugging me while I was exercising.

1. My workout finishes in 30 minutes. I do everything I need to do and I take the breaks that I need, but I have read all over the forum that a workout should take 45-60 minutes. Where am I going wrong?

Heres my workout regime

Monday - Legs
squats 3x8
stiff legged deads 3x8 (I don't do these yet, since I can't actually tell if I'm doing them right, instead I just do normal deadlift)
calf raises 3x8

Wednesday - Push (chest/triceps/shoulders)
bench press 3x6
military press (shoulder press) 3x6
tricep isolation such as skulls 3x6

Friday - Pull (back/biceps)
deads 3x6
bent over rows 3x6
curls (strict, any type) 3x6

Anyday - Abs
weighted crunches 3x10
weighted leg raises 3x10

2. If I am bulking PROPERLY, whats the minimum amount of weight I should gain?

For example 1 stone/2 weeks or something (just an example :D)

Thanks in advance

Your rest periods are probabaly very short. Do you find yourself not getting reps, or having to decrease weights as you proceed through your sets? Do not expect to gain a stone in two weeks. 6 months to 1 year of lean mass increase would be a more realistic goal, but this varies quite a bit in different individuals.

Your training sessions are over quickly at the moment but as you increase the weight you,ll find you need a longer rest between sets particularly on big compound exercises.
Dont expect to add too much weight too quickly,if it goes on too quick there will be a large amount of fat also.

ok I get it. More weight = more time. That makes a lot of sense, considering the weights that I do (I'm skinny so I guess you can imagine).

I don't wanna gain weight too quickly, but at the moment I actually look abnormal and just want to look like a regular skinny kid rather then an anorexic skinny kid. Is this too much to ask in 10 weeks? :(

if I'm 9 stone now, how much would I want to be at the end of 10 weeks?

I really have no answer, but I'd love to be 12 stone one day. *prays to god*

12 is perfectly feasable, but will take you a lot longer than 12 weeks!

badically spend a bit of time on here researching into diet, training routines etc, then train hard and rest and eat and eat and eat!!!!!!!!

best of luck m8, although luck has vv little to do with it if you the advice above

impossible to say how much u can gain m8, but im sure it will be noticeable after 12 weeks, put it that way
