just tell them that you will be willing to joined if you don't have the pay the joining fee.

one thing to remember though is if they say no be prepared to walk away. don't give in and join any way, they will get back to eventually.
and make sure you speak to manager.

From my experience total fitness gyms are pretty good, usually hold a keen group of bodybuilders amongst the health spa lovers.

i'll be leaving the 'hardcore' gym i've been at for about 8 months for total fitness.. I'd never realised that the free weights section was so good there, and having a pool, spa etc.. smart.

If your a student you'll get much cheaper monthly rates, or if your fortunate enough to get corporate discount! comes out around 27 a month

Yes! It's fantastic. 4 (count them! four!!) squat racks, at least 4 (maybe 6) flat benches, all the (bumper!!) plates you could want, Roman chair, hyperextension, two dip stands, AND a 200m track round the whole thing!

I just started a job in Wilmslow so I'm joining tomorrow!

I really wanted to use the total fitness in worsley when I lived near it - but alas it was too much money - annoyingly so!

I did wonder what their opinion of deadlifts would be given their weights section was upstairs ??

that seems stupidly pricey. i worked for a small private gym and can tell you that trying to haggle down the price would be well worth it.

if you're going through hell. keep going.
