Training Coach London (M25) Area

Hi guys

I am looking to start prepping for my contest next autumn and I feel I need a coach for my training sessions etc...I train already with some buddies etc. but I need someone with more experience than me and reliable.
Do you anyone in the London area - need esp for gym session and possibly nutrition also.

Cheers

Jon

You could try Pinks Gym Carshalton, or Physique Warehouse, Moseley.
If you were prepared to travel, I could recommend quite a few guys who work out of Zone Gym but it's near Wood Green (North).

Then get in contact with Nathan Williams there. You'll find him on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/pages/Nathan-Williams-Natural-Pro-Bodybuilder-Personal-Trainer/230308707126205 or Twitter.

Two people I knew prepped under him last year, he really knows his stuff and is a good coach from what I hear.

I've no reason to believe he isn't. The people I know he's worked with are Natural, and have undergone some pretty good transformations too

Ok I will get in contact him - hopefully he is ok with the fact I'm not natural - but that might be a problem because I need someone with gear experience ;-)

Ah ok. I actually think he may say no. In all reality your body reacts so differently during a prep, you couldn't be advised unless that person took you through everything.
Maybe go with one of the 2 other gyms I suggested, where there will be people there to help, or try Zak Pallirakos at Pumping Iron Gym (also North London). Great facility and he seems to know his stuff
