Training Diary / Journal

Hi Peeps
Does anybody get any more out of a training diary and sharing with others.  It sounds  like a good idea to me but am slightly embaressed about sharing anything in case I'm getting it wrong (though I suppose you don't learn if your told or pointed in the right direction).  I'm up for learning as much as possible and gaining some good size and would appreciate some input, really got the bug a few years ago and after going to the British last October (my training partner was in the 90kg) I really want to acheive my goals.
Thanks for reading Guys
Simon

Some people find it really works for them.  They can log and view progress in black and white.

Thats what I'm going to do James (it was myself who messaged you today on FB about the iPhone app!).  I'm going to sit down over the weekend and plan my diet properly and put in place some goals and time frames, also may take some pics to get some input too! Will take some readings of weight and measurements to see the progress!

Nothing great is acheived without sacrifice!
