Training Military Press and Bench Press in same workout?

Do any of you guys do it? or do you split the two lifts up?

i was thinking of doing

Bench 3x5

Mil Press 3x5

i want to do both in the same workout, what do you guys think?

    Depends what you are training for I supose. I train for powerlifting and do Bench first and some form of overhead press directly afterwards.

    Unless your a powerlifter train shoulders before chest!

    cheers guys, ye thats my plan to do shoulders before chest, i can still bench allot after pressing, but cant press allot after benching!
