What are the best exercises to do to gain mass when training your back?

    There have been a few topics recently (have a look in the training correctly forum I think).

    I think this is a pretty good combination -
    Deadlifts
    BB Rows
    Chins

    As long as your back workout has movements similar to that, and you progress, you will still build your back.

    Wide Grip Chins
    T Bar Rows
    Straight Arm Pulldowns
    Power Cleans

    Plenty to choose from. Try a few, find out which ones work best for you and dont overtrain

    lower pully row, wide grip and low grip

    get shreded. 16st 7lbs-15st 7lbs 6ft, to 14st 9lbs (Feb 2011)
