Training during PCT:

im currently on PCT based on powerhouses suggestion:
Days 1
200mg clomid
40mg nolva
40mcg clen

Day’s 2-11
50mg clomid
40mg nolva
40mcg clen

Day’s 12-21
50mg clomid
20mg nolva
40mcg clen

Supplements also taken during PCT daily
vit E 2000mg/day
Vit c 2000mg/day
Mutli vitamin 1 a day
Glutamine 20g (1 dosage in morning & 1 at post training)

The question is: should i continue training the way i was during
my cycle hard and heavy?
or i should slow down since i dont have the support from drugs?
i gotta tell you even after i stoped the cycle my strength hasnt been reduced

waiting for your replies

    Hi mate,

I would just train with the same intensity but using maybe 80% of your weights that you used while 'on'.
As long as you feel the blood in your muscles and get a good pump then you will be fine.
Make sure you take plenty rest during your pct as well and eat a bit more than usual, ie and extra chicken breast or serving of egg whites
and maybe bang in some shakes between meals, extra cals really help during this stressful time.

    yes mate keep training hard
watch your joints as they will weaken and u may suffer pain and have to drop a little weight
u got ur muscle by lifting hard so keep doing it
u obviously need to eat correct and provide your body with a various diet
