RE: Training during PCT:
I would just train with the same intensity but using maybe 80% of your weights that you used while 'on'.
As long as you feel the blood in your muscles and get a good pump then you will be fine.
Make sure you take plenty rest during your pct as well and eat a bit more than usual, ie and extra chicken breast or serving of egg whites
and maybe bang in some shakes between meals, extra cals really help during this stressful time.
