Training help( Pain in Lower back and Shoulder)

Basically i need some help with my training I think....
I have tremendous trouble keeping my left hand up in the guard im a south paw rights not usually a problem bu the left kills me to keep up. Now i think I have possibly worked my shoulders too hard and have opverdeveloped the muscles in my delt etc (left shoulder is bigger than my right) now iv moved away from doing strict press's etc as i want to regain motion and flexibilty in the joint can anyone advise me on this or suggest why its hurting...
Secondly i get a tremendous pain in my lower back after running/wrestling etc it alsmost feels like im being pulled apart and goes into like a sort of spasm type thing. Again I think its possible muscle imbalance but do any of you guys understnad what im talking about as tryingto explain it to the doc is pretty difficult. If anyone has any ideas how to improve this through exercises etc it would be much appreciated as its really starting to hinder my progress now.

    go see a physio, my back had over developed on oneside from being in a mess for so long, wrestling finally killed it lol i used to get crazy spasm in it.

    its ok now and i work on the land bent over all day so it gets a hammering and hasnt yet gone bad again (touch wood) and my wrestling is alot better for it!
