For the last couple of mothns I have put a lot of effort into both cardio and weight training, and have started taking whey protein (unflav. pure) and creatine (mono) after workouts. I have done both bulking and cutting cycles (im currently cutting). I've made some considerable progress!
However, as time went on, I have noticed that (paradoxically), my appearance has become more and more unhealthy. My skin color has become yellowish
(in office lighting its even sorta greenish
). Now its gotten sooooo bad that this has prompted a close friend of mine to ask whether I was on drugs. Then she speculated that I do too much alcohol, clubbing, or not get enough time in the sun.
I do not smoke, drink or take drugs. I certainly get enough sunlight: I do lots of outdoor cardio in the parks. Food wise, I cook my own meals most of the time now, and eat a lot of veg, fruit and fish. Inside, I feel active and better than I have ever before (a great deal thanks to the stuff Ive learn lurking MT). But, to outside people I look very unhealthy, and this is getting worse each week!!
Again, I have absolutely no idea why this is happening. I never had any major health probems in the past, except being grossly overweight in the childhood.
Has anyone else encountered this, or has any advice or ideas for the cause?
