Training tips

Ok so i have nothing other than dumbells and a barbell, i was wondering what things i can do without the use of a bench or any other machinery? cheers

    Bigger all round body. not to worried about my legs but everything else.

    Not worried about your legs...FOR SHAME But seriously I would get a hold of a cheap bench from some used sporting goods store or something to start you off. Once you have access to propper equipment we can really get a routine sorted out.

    Ok i have a routine from the '4 weeks bltiz' and i dont know if its good or bad.


    monday

    strength test

    tuesday

    chest
    shoulders
    triceps

    wedsnday

    back
    biceps
    abs

    thursday

    rest

    friday
    legs
    calves

    saturday

    rest

    sunday

    chest
    shoulders
    tricep


    monday

    back
    bicep abs

    ............ the same over again just on different days but the same order excluding the strewngth test.
