Training you chest/pecs more than once a week

is this okay to do or is it best sticking to once

    depends on how advanced you are,your diet and how hard did you hit em the first time
    i train each bodypart once per week but hit the muscles really hard

    Would depend on volume and intensity.....

     Never trained a body part more than once per week myself(apart from abs),but know a few guys who do a lighter workout a few days after for the same body part...

     Some people who do full body routines with kettlebells workout 3 days per week with  50%,75%,100%

    btw im not taking the micky this actually a well respected training system based on bi-weekly muscle stimulation.

    i train it 3 times per week on HST, however only 1/2 exercises each session.

    Im doing DC training at the moment and like it a lot! Calfs are a real killer as are the stretches :)
