Yes it does slightly, in my experience

Not something I would want to use long term for that purpose though

Tramadol is an opiate I think, agree with Drab there are far better things out there.
    Good old fashioned Caffeine

Have you used this before m8?? I was on this in hospital when i was real ill i refused to take it in the end i was so off my face on it. This is a strong drug and one i certainly wouldnt consider for appetite sup present. I think this is the strongest form of oral pain killer you can get NASTY stuff imo.

I was on 200mg per day Tramadol, plus 2grams of Paracetamol, plus 150mg Nefopam for a week or two following surgery. Needless to say, I didn't feel my normal self

Tramadol alone is powerful and will have you feeling quite 'spaced' after just one dose. Not a drug I use often unless pain necessitates use.

I get Tramadol from the Docs for an injury I suffered some years ago, I tend not to use them on a regular basis, they are only the baby ones though the 50's but they do the job when I take one or two.
