Trapped Nerve

I have suffered from a continuous trapped nerve injury that has occurred about 5-6 times over the past 10 years training. It usually happens when I do shoulder press or incline bench press.
It happpened again yesterday and wondered if anyone else has suffered from this and has found a cure for it?

i have two trapped intercoastal nerves and maybe one in my neck also now, get some advice mate and work with that, it's just a time thing really in most cases. others need treatment but it needs to be bad and long term before that
