Traps easiest thing to grow?

I know quite a few lads who have spent a good 2 months natty training then turn to gear before learning how to lift and eat properly.

Even so, it seems most of em sprout big traps from outta nowhere and not a lot else?! What are they putting in gear nowadays that gives insta-traps

Hello.

i think for some reason gear makes the traps grow more than any other muscle either that or its just they grow the same amount but its just more noticable

I stopped training traps completely about 5 years ago. I quickly realised that traps seem to grow disproportionately with the rest of the body.

I do bent over rows (barbell) though so it indirectly hits the traps. But the traps run all the way down the top of the inner back, its what gives the real contoured and dense look of a class back. I find upper traps grow v easy, but the traps in the column of the back take more time to grow.

The doctor posted before that the reason was that the traps have more receptors than the rest of the body.

Interesting, is their a reason for the traps having more receptors in them?

Because by nature they are trapeziums and they 'trap' receptors lol!!
I never train them and they grow in accordance with my overall growth.
