    Thanks,

I live on the ExCeL complex, so really excited that this event is going to be on my doorstep! But saw the announcements today which people should be aware of.....

For those planning to arrive by public transport, I thought I would mention that on both Saturday and Sunday:
    • No train/DLR services are running to the ExCeL centre this weekend
    • The quickest way is to take the underground Jubilee line and get off at Canning Town station - there are replacement bus services from bus stop D, right outside the station - just follow the signs
The bus takes about 5 minutes but usually only run about once every ten minutes. If the bus looks busy, it's just 15 - 20 minute walk from Canning Town station to the ExCeL centre, and it's signposted along the way.

I would suggest that people check http://www.tfl.gov.uk/ as there are quite a few engineering works on the tube this weekend.  This link (http://www.tfl.gov.uk/tfl/livetravelnews/realtime/track.aspx?offset=weekend) will take you to full details for this weekend.

OK, so London transport may not be that great, but once you get to the ExCeL, I'm pretty sure the event is going to be awsome.

    See you there...

wow thanks sensortech, the trains are confusing enough without interruptions so the information is much appreciated!
