Normally train on a Thursday but early start at work.

Double cream and peanut butter
Chicken drumstick with a little bit if sauce
Struggling with low carbs big time at the moment

Where did you get the 11% bodyfat figure from? I've given up trying to get a proper figure it's notoriously difficult to get a correct one.

Most likely works on impedance mate. If it has those stainless steel plates you stand on/hold then that is the one.
 
Callipers are slightly better, but not by much. Wouldn't worry too much about it mate.
 
If you really want a half decent estimate use this chart.

This weekend was Brighton marathon an event I was originally meant to do but I got injured after doing a couple of half marathons. and I haven't run scince so yesterday I wasnt in the best of moods

Tbf she loving it she normally slimming world person but loves the fact were having pork belly most nights and it much better on the bank balance

Really starting to miss my running. So I might start going our again once a week no way I'd do the miles I was doing maybe just build myself up to 10km again which was fairly easy and enjoyable distance
