Welcome mate. Very doable goals there.

You mentioned your weight, how tall are you? What program will you be using? Etc.

Struggling to carbs without some form of sugar as I really struggle to eat that much rice. So I'm gonna have a look at sweet potatoes for next week as I love eating thoose

Oats and bread. A little sugar is okay though best consumed just after training.

    Rest day: 2457 kcal 129po 310carb 71 fat.

Been looking at the benefits of a low carb diet recently and a lot studies slow there is a benefit to it compared the the stand western diet and can be benefits for muscle gain and fat loss Certainly something I'll be looking into wont be cutting out carbs completely but maybe to a much lower level

Been reading about diets as well. Not really convinced there is any more to it than energy in vs. energy out unless you are at competitive level and can see massive changes when you eat a mars bar lol.

Animal is a big fan of keto though which is essentially low carb IIRC. Maybe have a squiz there.

Ok great I'll have look. I've done keto before and I loved it. Always felt fuller nice and easy to eat and worked out really cheap.
I found it a very easy way to strip weight
