Tri Injury Advice
Over a week ago I was doing skull crushers when my left arm just buckled and I managed to not knock myself out with the bar. I knew straight away that I'd done something more serious. (Sharp pain at the elbow but no muscle dis-figuration - so I guess the tendon is still attached). I came home, icepack, ibuprofen and my partner (physiotherapist) took a look and did some manual therapy.
The day after I couldnt pass 90deg from forearm to bi. 3 days post injury I could finally touch my chin with pain when fully extended and fully closed. Now 11 days after (and no weight training of upper body) I still cant put any weight on my arm. I'm taking 3iu ed of GH which previously helped a similar, but not as bad injury.
Has anyone get any suggestions of things (anything goes) to help speed up recovery? Getting really down & p1ssed that I cant train
