Don't waste your money on the bloods mate, it wont tell you anything. Its likely to just be a poor quality MK. If bloods did tell you that you were 'suppressed' (still unlikely) and that its possible that it was a different prohormone then it still wouldn't tell you what it is. So you're better off not knowing and just classing it as bunk gear.

Nice big garage sounds nice, home gyms for the win!

Yeah you are right. Either way it's just spunking money away for no real reason.

Love working out at home. I'm too tight to spend money on gym memberships.

Well that is a shame then. First foray into supps and it turns out to be crap lol.

I know how you feel though, I'm still annoyed at my whole pmag saga. Do a lot more research now though from multiple sources.

Non stop phone calls at the minute. 'Me 2shots, just checking in' etc. Just fooking get things done, no need to keep calling.

Monday should have been weights and a run but I was too tired to run.

Tuesday 1000m swim (all front crawl in one go) Lats and shoulders screaming by the end.

Wednesday, weights and 4.6 mile run

Thursday, Found a big hill and Road up and down it 8 times to get some conditioning and power in the legs. Plan to do this hill work once a week and increase the reps each time. That and one longer ride in the weekend should see me somewhere handy.

Had some homemade Brownie tonight as it was my daughter's 9th birthday. First sweet thing since December 31st.

How long is the hill? Are we talking Mont Ventoux or Alp Duez? .

Hill work like that will really help your power output and conditioning but also time it and aim to better it if you can!

Strava also calculates elevation so I’m sure some gradient calculations could be made too!

A very short ride to the hill (les than 1/2 a mile) and 8 accents worked out to just over 10 miles.

700ft of elevation climbed which is more that my 26 mile ride last week. I'm going to add two hills a week with a goal of 20 in total by the end.

The 'race' has 1200ft of elevation in total. Some of that will be after a downhill which will obviously help.

If I can do 1500ft from a dead start I should have the legs for race day.

Decided not to ride this morning. The wind is pretty big out there.
Swam 1000m last night and weighing up a run today.

Much too windy to ride out to the New Forest today but dragged myself out of my warm bed at 8.30 to do something.

Decided to do the local hill again. This time x9 which is a 1 rep increase.
Straight home and into a 3 mile run.

Feeling good now especially as I wasn't going to do anything.

The only negative is i misread the race course details. There's two big climbs, 100m not 100ft, god damn it!

The hill I have been doing is 115ft in elevation and takes 2 minutes to ride. A little bump compared to what's ahead....

Good effort getting out in the morn. Loved hill runs when I used to run. Is it all road running or do you mix cross country as well? Must be some nice trails in new forest...

Really difficult week for training with all the snow and ice. Obviously sunny Bournemouth is 22c year round so don't know what's happened this week!

Sunday - 9 x hill climbs on the bike straight into a 3 mile run.

Monday - weights

Tuesday - off. My first full day off weights or cardio for about 17 days.

Wednesday- weights and 4.6 mile run

Thursday - 1000m swim

Friday - weights

Saturday (today) - 2.2 mile run into 800m swim into 2.2 mile run.

After the first full month of Tri training I have lost
3lb in weight (1.36kg).
1 1/2 inches from waist (3.81cm)
1 1/2 inches from hips and love handles (3.81cm).

Waist now at 33 inches (83.8cm) and hips 35.5 inches (90.17 cm).

Rides are feeling stronger, runs are getting longer and quicker. Weights are remaining consistent holding reps and sets.

The elephant in the room is the MK677.
I'm still 'feeling ' nothing but that doesn't mean it's not doing something to help. 2 weeks worth left and I'm undecided on whether to spunk another £40 on another months worth.

Solid work mate. Must have sank a bit when you realise it was 100m not 100ft lol.

I wouldn’t bother with the mk from now. At least you might get some idea if it actually did anything now you are conditioned for the training.

I wouldn't waste another £40 on something that you haven't felt any benefit from.

Have you been tempted to do some open water swimming yet in this glorious weather?

Again the weather hampered this weeks training somewhat.

Sunday 9x hills. It was still icy so I took my time especially on the decents. No fun after this as work called.

Monday- weights

Tuesday- 1200m swim. Decent swim and felt good.

Wednesday- weights a 4.2 mile run. Fairly reasonable distance and my quickest pace. Felt really good after.

Thursday - off. Weather was appalling so no chance to ride. Legs were absolutely fine.

Friday - weights. Was going to ride but my legs are broken! That run on Wednesday has destroyed me, my ankles and calves feel completely seized up.

Saturday- 800m swim

How many times do we see posts by newbies looking for routines but leaving out leg work. These posts include classic lines like 'I play football twice a week so don't need leg work' etc etc. Well forgive me lord because I have sinned. For 5 weeks leg work has been neglected. I just couldn't program it in as well as 2 rides and 2 runs a week.

Due to no ride this week I squatted on Friday. I'm now sat here on Sunday with ankles and calves still seized and quads and hams that are making my eyes water every time I move.
Holy Doms Batman.

Still it could be worse, I could have a 30 mile ride starting at 8am planned. Oh wait , I do!

I should foam roll but I just can't find 10 minutes at the moment.

Just got back from a 34 mile ride and 2.2 mile run. Filthy wind and rain!
Typical, I get out the shower and the suns out now.

Get on the rolling mate - even 10 mins of an evening when you are watching TV will help. I massively neglected rolling and hate it but do get benefit from it.

This. I'm always rolling and stretching in the evening in front of the TV. It also gets me out of giving the Mrs a foot rub which she always seems to ask me for.

Cheers guys, foam rolling will now be included whilst getting my daily fix of Narcos.

I managed to get out on Sunday morning and rode out to the New Forest in filthy weather. Strong head wind and pi55ing down. 34 miles with 1000ft of elevation. Got back to mine and ran 2.2 miles.
My mate was dead after the ride. Left him sat in his car outside my house when I ran and he was still there when I got back. My neighbor came out when I returned after the run and asked if my mate was ok because he was going to call an ambulance lol.

I knocked MK on the head on Saturday having run 10mg for a few days then 20mg for 4 weeks.
Whilst I was realistic going into it and didn't expect much, I did think I would see something positive.
No additional hunger, no obvious increase in fat loss, no change to sleep, no change to skin or hair, no benefit to recovery that is tangible. I know this is a compound that needs months rather than weeks but £40 for 30 days it needs to give me a clue that something is happening for the better.
