The driver may have been let of lightly points wise, but he'll be paying for it big time insurance wise over the next few years.

One more. One last negative post then I have to return to my usual positive outlook.

9 weeks since my accident and I’m writing this sat in a hospital ward waiting to be put to sleep. My wrist hasn’t healed so I need an OP to screw the scaphoid bone together.

Things have been crap this last 2 months. Right arm in a cast and left thumb broken with index finger also mangled, everything has been hard or impossible to do.
appointments for scans, physio’s and recasting have been coming out of my ears and I’m reliant on others taxiing me around. Add in getting to work and picking the kids up and a strain has been put on everyone.

The drivers insurance have been a pain to deal with and after dozens of calls and emails I finally received some money last week for my bike that was written off. Personal injury and equipment claim can only be done through a Solicitor according to the insurance so bye bye 25% of any future money.

Training has been absolutely nothing. Diet is a joke. 3 months of this has resulted in me going from the fittest I’ve ever been to fat and completely out of shape.

To add insult to injury, that MK 677 I was taking has resulted in gyno. Nice hard lump behind left nipple that has me flinching in pain when the kids or Mrs lay their head on me.
Brilliant!
Osta was the same 2 years ago and solo nolva didn’t touch it. A nolva, adex combo was needed in the end.

Still, as I sit hear in my undercrackers there is light at the end of the tunnel. I needed to vent on here so it’s all out of my system. When I wake up from the OP it’s going to be all positive from here on.

Sh1t news mate sorry to hear it.

You sure its the MK that's caused the gyno? I've not read about it happening before. Did you carry on taking it after the accident and while you've been unable to train?

Hope the op goes well.

Fvckin hell mate! I was wondering how you were getting on.

Never heard of mk giving gyno, but then again sounds like you are one of the unlucky ones that are susceptible. Dav had some luck using turmeric if the nolva etc doesn’t work mate.

Hope you are back to your positive and perceptive self soon bud!

Thanks guys. Unfortunately it’s definitely gyno. It’s that grey area of ‘such and such doesn’t cause gyno........but it may flare up Pre existing etc’. Plus let’s be honest, we place a lot of trust in companies where regulation is pretty much non existent and we could be taking anything.

Surgeon said OP went well, I had a general and whilst asleep I also had a pain blocker injection in a nerve in my neck. 24h of floppy right upper body followed which was a weird sensation but I can move shoulder and arm now which is nice.
Pain is probably a 6/10 having had a bone screwed together and a bone graph from elsewhere on the wrist. I was given oralmorph (liquid morphin) but I won’t take any unless I really need to.

Two weeks later I have a wound check and recast. This Thursday it’s physio for my left thumb and index finger.

Plan is to let the pain and swelling die down for a week or so then start some leg training. Just body weight slit squats a single leg calf work.

Very true mate.

Glad the op went well though and things are moving along nicely. It could have been much, much worse mate!
