Tricep Help Needed

Guys,

Looking to add one more tricep exercise to my routine (my goal is to bulk up)

I am currently considering one of the following:

Dumbbell Tricep Extension

or

Skullcrushers

Which one of the above would you guys recommend?

Thanks

Milto

What does your tricep routine look like atm?

If you're doing some benching or dips then you'd probably only need one tricep exercise, I'd go for Skullcrusher or Close Grip Bench.

Skull crusher or close grip bench are the best mate

BUT you don't need to ADD these, this should be enough as triceps get hit with chest

For example, a good chest/triceps day would be

    bench 3x6
    weighted chest dips 3x6
    skulls 3x6

    Raw dead Lift 320kg
    Raw bench 171kg
    Shirted bench 200kg

I like skullcrushers. I combine it them with close grip bench... 6 skulls straight into 6 presses.
