Tridents comp comeback trail

after giving it come seroius thought ive decided to compete.First timers low level stuff as im going to be realistic about it all the way.I currently look like sh*t but im near cut if nothing else.well about 7% and thats all on my abbs lol.
After a very hard year in which ive let myself go its time to sort myself out once and for all,[xx(]
ill post as things develop but its going to be a long hard road that may lead to nowhere but before ive tried without a reason.
This time ive got a real personal one..maybe thats the kick i need..i hope so.
heres to the next 8 months or so.
Regards, rich[^]

Definitely no let ups - like I put in the comps - you could travel up to warrington
That would be an MT first timer double bill if we both pull off our goals - 2 MT members competing in the same class -

    You up for it ??

kkep us informed Rich - we could maybe meet in the middle size wise - wish I was 7% right now.
But I bet you wish you had 21 inch calves

    update..lol
had problems training well due to 56 hours a week at work but bringing up the lagging arms now so this times not wasted.Started on a decent cycle and food is much improved at about 5000 cal a day. i dont go massive on protien and 200g is about all ill go to.
made a plan to decide in december end if its worth a go at a contest around may..if i hit the stage i will be light and 200lbs will be the target..on intention of trying to win but just not to get laughed off will be my goal!
to be honest Les i dont think meeting in the middle would be realistic..lol
aint no weight limits in the first timers i guess?

yes mate - you need to get those proprtions

You have a tiny waiste and big chest and shoulders, yet arms need work. I say priority training on them

Try this: heavy barbell curls 3 x per week for 4 weeks only. Obviuolsy good nutrition, etc - I bet youll pack half an inch on them. The problem this this tends to only work once
