    Hi,

Yeah i got a signed copy from Triple H himself at the book launch in New York last Xmas.
Its a good read, pretty basic and more for the beginner in terms of bodybuilding, but if you are a fan of his then you will enjoy as it not only tells of his bodybuilding lifestyle but also his wrestling career and how bodybuilding helped shape it. Also very motivational after learning everything he went through for his comeback after tearing his quad.
