Try this delicious chicken recipe
Tired of just the same old recipe, which makes chicken taste so dry, try this one, great source of healthy protein.
Chop some onions and mix them with olive oil, and fresh lemon juice, and add some Tabasco, black pepper, salt, mixed spices and some Italian herbs (bought from any food store). You could also add a clove of garlic if u like garlic. Now add the chicken breasts and really mix up all of them together (don’t be afraid to get your hands messy). Place the mixture in a bowl, and cover it with foil, and leave it in the fridge over night. And just grill them at lunch time, great tasting and easy. If you think that chicken breasts is too dry, you could also use boneless, skinless, chicken thighs. you could also make some pasta to go with it.
Each chicken breast gives you about 23g of protein, and only about 3 grams of fat, 120 calories.
