Yes i tried it with diet coke. It was minging the texture and the burps were very unpleasant i could still taste it the next day just eat it out the tin as it ruins the delicious tuna

Just tried one of these shakes and they wasn't as bad as i thought. I did throw a pineapple slice in there which made it taste a little better.

They are not something i would have on a daily basis but they are ok occasionally.

My mate eat/drinks these vial concoctions. He mixes mised veg in with it?

They look like horrendous [the faces he pulls whilst gagging it down are just awesome] and he burst and pumps like thunder - but apparently they are kind to his guts [due to IBS] and no upset from a lactose intolerance.

Perhaps a chicken shake? Chicken rice and curry all whipped up....or steak....then again maybe not.

Some decent recipes on there bananaman, thanks for the link.

This one doesnt look to bad, i might give it a try.

    TUNA PIZZA - Chef Thierry
Here's one of my post-workout favorites, (good anytime though), and one that is sure to offend your office mates during lunch. One whole wheat pita bread
1/2 cup non fat cottage cheese
1 can Tuna, (in water if dieting)
    1 Roma tomato
seasoning like salt. pepper, garlic and basil

Spread the cottage cheese all over the pita uniformly. Drain the tuna and spread all over the "pie" Slice the tomato thinly and layer on top of the tuna. season with whatever you want Put in the oven or microwave until the desired temperature. The whole room should smell like tuna and you can now eat in peace.

    APPROX: 450 Cals., 54 g protein, 44g carbs, 3 g fat

I've combined albacore tuna with peanut butter, whey powder, and milk...I must say it wasn't as bad as I thought. The peanut butter seems to overpower the fishy flavor lol

I eat it a tuna shakes everyday....taste great! Just add in a little sugar free choclate and some large earthworms, and you got a high protein shake. Just make sure the earthworm are alive before you blend to make sure they are fresh!

Dont!! full stop. Tuna 60p per tin, orange juice/milk 30p per pint. Protoplex £1 per sachet. Do the maths.

I did it with orange juice for about 6 months and all my hair fell out (actually that might have been the test)

That sounds about a billion times better than a tuna shake.
