Tuna Smoothie

Does anybody have the recipe for the tuna smoothie that Jamie Manuel used to have when he was competing in the 80's?

No, but I would imagine tuna with Salsa would be an ok smoothie!

Would have thought that'd be a bit too vinegary ? Although the thought of eating tuna with salsa sounds nice.

Trust me, you only have a tuna smoothie once.

I can't imagine why you would want a tuna smoothie - if you want to drink protein get a protein shake, or eat the tuna as a tasty meal!

I find tuna really hard going after a while, I've had a few proten shakes, just tuna and water, tried tuna and diet lemonade once after a tip from Ernie Taylor in a flex magazine, maybe it was a joke, but it was much worse than just tuna and water. For me the hard thing about tuna shakes is the texture, not the taste.

Yeah I think you'd be better of breaking it down into tiny pieces as opposedto a paste! Then the water should just zip the tiny chunks down your throat! Trying to swallow a paste mush be wrank!!!

There is absolutely no reason on Earth that anyone should make this, or any other tuna smoothie. If you don't like the taste of tuna, don't eat tuna. It's not some miracle food that makes you massive - it's just a fairly decent source of protein, and a fairly expensive one at that. People who do stuff like this are just looking to be martyrs to the cause imo, and I've never met anyone in so much as half decent shape who did anything like this.

    Just say no.
