Tuna Smoothy

Hi everyone just thought i would share this with anyone looking to gain some weight and get a quick protien fix

1 tin of tuna in spring water
2 scoops of ice cream
1/3 pint of whole milk
and a massive spoonfull of peanut butter
and a scoop of chocolate protien powder to taste

Blend this baby up and enjoy, i have this befor bed its working so far

    Sounds alright though, wouldnt mind trying it on a bulk. Tuna and ice cream, sounds quite interesting, now wheres JWB, hes the tuna shake tester!

    How do the trick is use tuna that comes in spring water that way you wount have a layer of oil on top yum!

    It's easier to just have it in Orange juice and then have the ice cream on the side with a nice milky protein shake to go with it lol

    true i hear what your saying i gave this to one of my mates and my dad and they could not tell that they were guzzeling down john wests finest, im going to tweek the recipy a bit as i pack on more size
