Tuna Wrap

Just thought I'd share my Tuna Wrap thingy.

  • Take 1 tin of tuna in brine(Tesco Value - bargain at 29p) and drain of all brine. Then mix in some low fat natural yoghurt and some sliced black olives.
  • Heat a tortila wrap in a dry frying pan on high for 15sec.
  • Smear wrap liberaly with Quark then add loads of uncooked spinach leaves.
  • Add the tuna, wrap up and eat. Lovely!

Edit: Could also add tuna to wholemeal Pita bread.

Its bloody lovely, lol, all I do with the chicken liver is add onions and garlic and lightly fry them for about 10-15 mins, cook them slowly and cut some of them in half as you can get big massive ones where it wont cook in the middle properly like smaller ones.

Some say theyre an acquired taste, but its only 99p for a pack in Sainburys, high in Iron too.
