Tuna and Cottage cheese

Arnie lover and anyone else who suffers from Tuna Syndrome try this one out...Hen you can leave it as you are unique mate...i wish i had your taste buds m8.

Ok you asked about variating tuna with cottage cheese instead of cheddar. Mate it is delicious if done right.

The trick is you dont have to make your tuna dry when draining, but dont leave it soaking either. If brine was no good they wouldn`t put the tuna in it.

So its moist tuna 80g
cottage cheese 30g
spring onion for taste mix these all up .

The cottage cheese will be still lumpy , but put in the microwave for 40 secs, in a 800w microwave. The cheese will melt after this time but believe me you cant taste the tuna. Sometimes i mix a little bit of italian seasoning in it or thyme or dress with cress. Spread over french stick crusty back and enjoy.

Also you dont need butter or mayo as the cheese is good enough to spread. But the choice is yours
...happy eating lads ......bodferret

I used to mix tuna in with cottage cheese, and added some parsley and pineapple to get rid of the tuna taste. It was nice but I got bored with it after a few months.

I will try throwing it on a french stick though and do what you said with putting the CC in the microwave.
