Tuna and carb thingy!

This is what i do when its the end of the week and i have run out of vegetables and only have cupboard stuff..

Hehe if you dont like tuna dont bother reading on...

Boil some rice, dump in the tuna, stick in the ol' heinz tomato ketchup mix it up and enjoy... i was quite surprised with this tastes really nice... personally im not a huge fan of tuna but i do eat it if there is nothing else... this ones down quite well... enjoy... let me know what you think of it

    I have tried it with pasta, but i dont use ketchup, i usually use a pasta sauce that i have... i pretty much stay away from baked beans.... trust me its for the good of other ppl...

    its a shame that it gets to the point where we are being forced to drown out the taste of things.... if i could afford fresh meat all the time i would go for that instead...

    Seems a lot of people on this board hate tuna...... dont know why... its lovely....even on its own.

    try it with Dolmio Italian Chilli pasta sauce, its got a nice kick to it, really tasty and you can just dump the tuna in after you heat the sachet up along with you pasta. Lovely

    I LOVE TUNA!!!

    not really- but it does make a nice change for a few days when i get sick of chicken!!

    Pasta, mixed herbs, extra virgin olive oil, tomato puree, tuna & cottage cheese.

    Best pasta mix for me ever.

    I mix the tuna with some chilli oil and salad. Yum yum :)
