Tuna smoothie by Jamie Manuel

Does anybody have the recipe for the tuna smoothie that Jamie Manuel used to have when he was competing in the 80's?

There wasn't coke in there, it was something like 3 scoops of whey, tin of tuna, lemon juice and something else!

Tuna is tasteless when mixed with 300-400ml water, in coke it'll be the same.

Would blending it compromise it's values?

^Why are you even asking if you've already said it obviously works lol

Sounds like way too much protein in 1 serving for me, I'd much rather have a shake followed by a bowl of tuna or vise versa.

Fair comment! I asked about the blending as I can only imagine what it would be like drinking a shake then a massive lump of tuna slides down your throat!! lol Wish I never started this post now, the more I think about it the more it sounds worse!! ha

Chances are things have moved on since then, tuna + coke seems to be the way to go nowadays. Failing that you could chuck as much protein in as you want. Unless he said it tasted fantastic why bother looking for it?

Really - I've seen tuna mixed in with 7up and it did not look like it was tasteless to me!
